During a
no obligation preliminary discussion with you, we determine
if we believe that we can help you. During this telephone meeting
we ask that you be as candid as possible. We seek to begin to
build the comfort level between us that is essential to successfully
helping you.
-
We conduct
an on-site due diligence examination of your company. This generally
takes two days to three days. We first ask that you fill out
an assessment questionnaire prior to our visit so that we know
where to focus our energies and time. We also execute a Confidentiality
Agreement protecting your privacy.
-
We provide
you with our game plan for getting you out of trouble clearly
spelling out both your and our duties and responsibilities.
There may be alternative strategies associated with the plan.
We will define each along with our desired outcome ("the
end game").
-
Our first
priority is to relieve your stress so that you can go back to
running your pharmacy. It is critical that you no longer let
the business run you! We are hands on in our approach. If you
are having creditor problems, our pharmacy business consultants
immediately start handling your creditors directly so that you
do not have to continually be harassed when fielding these calls.
In every case, we have been able to reach agreements that allow
us breathing room to right the business. The big difference
is that we eliminate the emotional factor.
-
We then
begin to implement the plan, prioritizing and addressing each
issue. While you are actively involved and monitoring everything
we do, our process and approach to solving your problems calls
for you to do what you do best and that is manage the business
at hand. We are the doctors and therefore, allow us to find
and implement the cure.
Preliminary
Evaluation: We do not charge a fee for our preliminary
discussion with you. This discussion generally lasts at least
an hour. As stated above this is where we begin to build a mutual
comfort level. This is essential to the success of the mission.
On-Site Due Diligence: Fee TBD.
Letter of Engagement: Upon acceptance of the Action
Plan, we execute a LOE spelling out all costs associated with
our services and the payment terms.
